Carla has over 30 years of cultural management experience in Europe and Africa. She has worked for large organizations such as UNICEF and KPMG. Carla has a plethora of project management experiences that involved capacity building, business development, biodiversity, clean water initiatives, rural development, and poverty reduction. Serving many years in Angola, Carla has worked her way into the State Ministry Department of Affairs for sustainability efforts. She is also the technical author on a manual for project management and strategies on national policies. She has an array of scientific publications that have been published and used for federal research initiatives. When she is not handling state affairs, she is training, teaching, and developing the next generation of passionate relief workers in the field. Carla is passionate about the development and justice for African nations, as well as the livelihood and prosperity of humanity. In her personal life, Carla is working on completing her Ph.D. and being a mother. She is committed, determined, driven, and passionate for her family, community, work, and the world.
