Fiona K. Bennett is the Global Lead Continuous Improvement for MS for over 15 years now. She works on multiple projects. When the company went through changes in 2015, she standardized global processes, changed management projects, does different functions, works with vision and value processes and in training and development.
She was prompted to go into this when she started as an engineer, then became an accountant in Australia and then went to the UK. Her expertise are in business transportation, leadership and culture change. Fiona has a Master’s Equivalent in Accounting from CPA Australia in 2005. She is a member of CPA Australia Membership and PMI UK Chapter.
Fiona has won several awards for work and the First Presidents S & B Award. In the future she
wants to expand her role in business transformation and looking into climate change responsibility. She attributes her success to continuing to have a great mind set and technical development. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
