Malgorzata Jablonska has over 12 years of experience in her career. Currently, she is Head of Arval One Fleet for Arval Service Lease, where she develops programs with all international clients, supervising and coordinating. Her work spans internationally, across Europe, South America, Asia and Morocco.
Coming from a background in finance and banking, Malgorzata was asked to take on this position, which she found he earlier experience had prepared her well for. She is highly skilled in leasing, sales and negotiation, and holds a master's degree in Economics and studies finance and banking at a university in Poland.
Malgorzata is involved nationally with BNP, and hopes to stay in the coaching and international sales sector as her career continues to progress. She credits her success to having determination, being great with people, and communicating. She will continue to make a global impact.
