An esteemed professional of over 17 years, Aimilia Antonopoulou is the Head of People Operations for BIC where she spearheads a team of 16 people, coordinates the recruitment team, and assists her team leader. In this role, Aimilia brings unmatched expertise in recruitment, human resources and management consulting, as well as a voracious spirit and openness to learning new things.
She holds her Master's in Child Development from the University of London Insitute of Education and is a member of the Greek Society of HR Professionals. Also a dynamic public speaker, Aimilia has done seminars and workshops training managers and speaking to students who want to enter the workforce.
Moving forward, Aimilia would like to continue to do workshops to influence younger people to get into the field. When not engaged with work, she enjoys travel, yoga, going to the cinema and spending time with her two young children.
