Ana established Spotter in 1998. Her first big client was the Olympics, she worked with their global media in Sydney, Australia. She analyzes (for clients) internet activities, web marketing and social media to improve on the products and services that they offer. Currently the company is a Software editor in the field of Media and Social Media Analytics, working in Europe, Middle East and Canada. Their goal is to provide their clients decision making tools that help them to better understand their clients, stakeholders and media, and to improve their marketing, commmunication, client relations, and risk management strategies.
