Gardening, kayaking, cooking, singing.  I am a proud member of Cantores Celestes Women's Choir, and volunteer with our Touring Committee (NYC, Eastern Canada).
My parents immigrated from France. With my husband we are raising two children. We are both first generation Canadians and bring a world of cultures, understanding and travel to our dinner table.
Motivated to improve kitchen skills and food management and values for individuals and families, as a conduit to improve health and education and personal confidence.

I am known as The Kitchen Director. I help people take the leading role in managing their kitchen, to gain control and confidence over their food and meals. Whether you’re a parent who has to plan and prepare meals for your family, a business person who barely has time to eat, a senior looking for ways to remain independent, or someone who is managing a dietary change, you can benefit from learning  kitchen skills to make choices that resonate with your specific needs and values.This is an education company focusing on public health, food, access to food education and confidence building.  I do this through  Speaking/Workshops, as well as private consultations (in-kitchen and virtual).
Planning and logistics, Marketing the family meal, Gluten free kitchen adaptation, Private Kitchen Management, Teaching people how to take charge of their food.   Fluent in French and English, limited Mandarin.
