Instituto Pró-Cidadania (IPC) has been dedicated for the last 25 years to the effective inclusion of disabled people in the Brazilian labor market through important tools: Full training program in administrative and business areas designed for disabled people. ; Implementation of the inclusion program for disabled professionals in accordance with the Law nº 8213, of 1991, in different companies with more than 100 employees; Full integration program for the inclusion of disabled people in the organization; Training sessions for managers, leaders and HR team to select, hire and integrate disabled professionals; Workshops for leaders and HR teams about inclusion of disabled people in accordance with the legislation and social principles; Selection and hiring of disabled professionals; Retention program for disabled employees; Participation as speaker in events and workshops related to the inclusion of disabled workers in the Brazilian market.
