Ahide has over 16 years of experience in Information Technology spanning over several areas. Prior to this Ahide was the Chief Operating Officer of IT in Latin America and Mexico at HSBC Mexico, heading IT Transformation in the Region. 4 years back Ahide was Head of Data Centre and Service Management in HSBC and Head of Service Operation for LAM. She has steered and sponsor various programs for new ways of operating and continuous improvement of the technology organization in automation and fostering innovation an organizational culture with sustainable results. Ahide is a Green Belt with several re-engineering process certifications in Strategy, Service Operation & Transition and CSI. She has been part of Executive Direction Programs in IPADE Mexico and Cranfield Business University in London with a Bachelors in Economy by the UAEM.
