Adriana Assis is the Human Resource Director for Midea Carrier and has 25 years of experience in her field. She has been in charge of the Human Resource and Compliance since 2006. She wants the company to have a better environment for people from any gender and opportunities to grow and also to have a more equal environment.
Adriana’s expertise is in leadership development and change management. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rio Grande Dosul Federal University from 2010. She is a member of The American Chamber organization.
Adriana is going to be awarded for twenty years by the Human Resources Program for the Epic’s Programs and she received an award for the Young Apprentice Award. She is looking forward to continuing to contribute to the organization. Adriana is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
