Andrea Eichelberg is the Senior Director Global HR, Electronics Department of Visteon since July 2014. Visteon is the leading global automotive supplier that designs, engineers, and manufactures innovative climate, interior, electronic and lighting industry. Andrea's responsibilities include the Human Resources for the entire global business in 19 countries. She oversees the administration of 10,000 employees. Andrea is also in charge of the hiring, recruitment, termination, and labor relations of the company. She received her Masters of Business Administration from University of Dusseldorf in Germany and briefly studied in Italy in 1997. She is fluent in German, English, Dutch, Italian, and knows basic Spanish and French. Andrea is apart of a Labor Relations Networking Group as well. She has received the Merit Award at her company for leading HR department of Bulgarian Tax Center in 2012. Andrea enjoys running, hiking, photography, hiking, and even likes to help her friends sell some of their artwork. She is interested in networking with like-minded professionals and gaining knowledge from other members. Andrea credits her success to having a positive attitude, providing learning opportunities to her staff, hard work, and most importantly, enjoying what she does. In five years, Andrea aspires to lead HR for a smaller or bigger company at the bigger division level.
