Director of Certification and Metrics in ABHR. She is the author of the book "O Segredo de Cuidar das Pessoas- Experiências do Cotidiano para Aumentar o Desempenho das Equipes." She is a global expertise panel member at SHRM.
One of her greatest assets is that she is an abstract thinker which enables her to be both creative and innovative. Her goal is to brand her new software product Internationally. Andrea speaks fluent English, Portuguese and some Spanish and Italian.
