Anita Kulas Fontana has 15 years of experience in the staffing industry and has worked as Director for the past 6 years. Most of her responsibility centers on working with local and regional companies to provide them with top-notch staffing services mostly in production, but also in construction and other sectors. Fonti's Team strives to recognize the importance of every company and each project from those with large scale or small scale hiring needs. Originally, Anita saw an opportunity and took it, working to create an agency and forming a team while teaching others the fundamentals of the business. Anita speaks Dutch, Croatian, and English, and some German and she worked for several years at the Embassy of Croatia in Den Hague, Netherlands. She would like to continue to expand more nationally beyond the local areas served by the company. Leadership comes naturally to Anita and many colleagues respect her vision and follow her example of never giving up while believing the goals she sets. She enjoys spending time with her child and two dogs, and also volunteering at church with cultural activities.
