Alessandra Almeida is the Chief Operating Officer, and she has thirty years of experience. On an average day she is responsible for all the delivery of the operations in several countries and responsible for improving quality of clients yearly. She is in charge of customer service methodology to increase retention, and implements tools to support the operation compliance in the company. It is her responsibility to know the clients procedures.
Alessandra started her career in banking and moved to a technology company where she was responsible for S&P products. She was hired because of her experience in the financial market along with sales and delivery. Her area of expertise is working every single topic and is good at increasing satisfaction and delivery.
She has a Master's Degree in Finance Controlling Auditing, Global Business and Computer Science from McKenzie University, and she graduated in 1997. She is a member of the IBDGC Certified Administrative Council. In the next three to five years she plans to work for an organization where she can express her talent and use her skills as well as interact with other cultures. Her key to success is always learning to build good teams and work with being able to build trust. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
