Alejandra Trevino Kauachi is the Owner and Chef at Mexico Lindo Cooking, a culinary experience in a village that has been teaching and demonstrating authentic Mexican cuisine to tourists for over 23 years. Alejandra began cooking early on in her life with her grandmothers and discovered her passion for Mexican history and gastronomy.
Alejandra holds her Master's degree in Culinary Arts from Mexican University and is a member of the US Association of Culinary Professionals and the Quintana Roo Culinary Association. Moving forward, she plans to continue expanding her business and to network with likeminded female professionals as much as possible.
When not engaged with work, Alejandra enjoys yoga, reading and travel.
