Alene Norris has been working in the medical field for well over 20 years having started her career as a Registered Nurse in Australia and Canada. She is currently a Neurofeedback Trainer, Reiki and Theta Practitioner and an expert in Holistic training and healing, believing firmly that "Light is the new dark." Alene is the founder of Dragonfly Touch which is currently located in Powell River, British Colombia and has helped patients for nearly 6 years to help deal with and minimize the effects of a number of neurological disorders. She utilizes Neurofeedback sessions which include suppressing overactive brain activity with electrodes and music. She is master Reiki coach as well as an expert in Theta Healing. Alene has also worked in San Paolo, Brazil with her practices and just closed her location there. She also has a location in London, England. Alene can help if you suffer from eating disorders, if you have had a traumatic head injury, or any type of migraine headaches, MS, or neurological problem. She has been nominated for Best Canadian Women's Entrepreneur Award and does speaking and lectures in her field internationally. Alene feels that we can work with the harmonies in life and find beauty in the planet and all things great and small. She has been interviewed by National Geographic for a documentary and is working on publishing a book on her practices and experiences.
