Alejandra is the HR Director for Axa Partners since 2002. She is in charge of payroll, compensation, benefits and training. Alejandra has a background in accounting which worked out in her favor when she came into this role.
Alejandra is best noted for her skills in finance and accounting. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universidad del Salvador in 2002. At this time, she does not belong to any outside societies and doesn’t do any public speaking.
In the future, Alejandra wants to be in a Regional HR position. The key to her success has been resilience. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
