Alessia Abello is a partner of Posse Herrera Ruiz. His practice focuses on bidding, concession and state procurement processes subject to administrative law. She led the legal team that structured the concessions for the construction of Phase II of the Transmilenio System of Bogotá and advised the IFC and INCO in the structuring of the bidding process for the Ruta del Sol. She has advised bidders in several bidding processes , mainly for concessions and purchases for roads and has advised private and public companies on syndicated loans that involve budget or state debt. Alessia led the team that structured Colombia's first venture capital fund and has advised several fund managers on the structuring and incorporation of private equity funds.
