Alette Vonk is active in many different corners of society, both in the Netherlands and worldwide. Whether she gives a training ‘African Business Culture’ for a large international corporate, or she leads a number of complex integration projects of migrant communities in the Netherlands, she does it with intelligence, heart, competence and pleasure. Alette was born and raised in the Netherlands. She has lived for one year in the US and for ten years in West Africa (Cameroon, Benin and Ghana. She is fascinated by the strategic use of cultural differences, in order to improve effective professional behavior. Alette is a person with a drive; perseverance to understand complex situations and long breath in order to attain optimal results. She will always keep an eye on the long term, yet build upon the capacities and realities of today.
