Alexandra Truppe has enjoyed a very successful international career and consultancy in the Hospitality Industry for over 20 years. She is currently the Food and Beverage Director at Take Five Ltd in Bermuda, where she has been since 2017. Additionally, she has operated a tourism and hospitality consultancy since 2012, and is well known for her leadership and extensive knowledge in the hospitality industry.
She holds a master's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Open University Vienna, class of 2012, and is experienced with restaurant start ups, operational controlling, quality control and fine dining.
