Alicia Diaz is President of America Sales, primarily operating in the food and beverage consultancy business within the hospitality sector. Throughout her career, she has worked in all aspects of the food service industry. She has served as Documentation Specialist for International Sales, Marketing Director, International Director of Sales, and International Sales and Systems Director.
While working to establish herself professionally, Alicia was also working as a single mother of three in her personal life. She has overcome many of the obstacles that women face regularly in both their professional and personal lives. A strong advocate for supporting women, Alicia’s company is a woman-owned company whose number one supplier is female. Alicia’s goal is to be able to employ young women, especially single mothers, that want to learn new skills and are driven to succeed, helping them become industry leaders.
