With over 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Alicia Prosser has worked her way up from an administrative assistant and registration clerk to her current position as the CEO of the San Luis Obispo Surgery Center. Her vast and varied body of work has included positions with hospitals, physician offices and ambulatory surgery centers, providing her a uniquely wide array of knowledge in the industry. Mrs. Prosser has recently relocated to California from Phoenix, AZ where she ran a multi-specialty surgery center in addition to serving as a board member for the Arizona Ambulatory Surgery Center Association for 2 years. In her current role, Mrs. Prosser brings dynamic leadership skill and unprecedented expertise in supply chain, revenue cycle, budget reports, recruiting and basic business follow ups. She is a member of the California Ambulatory Surgery Association (CASA), the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA) and Chamber of Commerce of San Luis Obsipo California. Moving forward, Mrs. Prosser hopes to connect and network with others who are helping women like her find success in top leadership roles.
