Amber was prompted to get involved in this profession by way of natural progression and passion, in addition to her mother being a nurse. Since youth Amber had a strong passion for healthcare. Amber's area of expertise is reimbursement methodology. Her highest level of education is a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management received from the University of Connecticut, at the present time Amber is pursuing a Masters from Rutgers University.
Amber is a member of American Health Information Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association and The American College of Healthcare Executives. In the next few years Amber plans to continue to grow, develop, and make a difference in this field. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
