Amelia Garrido is a Winemaker fro Bodega/Winery Eduardo Garrido Garcia, S.I. The business is owned by her father and she has been around the wine industry her whole life. She is the brand ambassador for the company. She represents the companies appearance, demeanor, values and ethics.
She says that the company ages their wine in approximately 100 barrels of French and American Oak. She says the family has continued the wine selling over three generations and later in Spain. Amelia has been published in several winery magazines and is a Gold Medal winner of the International Wine Festival.
Before becoming a part of the families business Amelia studied law. She has a Bachelor’s in Law from the Universidad del País Vasco. In the next few years she says that she will continue to run the business. She attributes her success to her dedication and passion. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
