Amie Martens is the Attorney at Keffer Barnhart LLP. She focuses on using her investigative and courtroom experience to assist clients in criminal, family law, and traffic law matters. Within the past 2 years she has branched out from her government employment and joined a law firm in a counsel position. Along the way, several women in business have helped her and she would like to do the same for others. Amie successfully handled contested hearings ranging from defending clients on traffic citations to prosecuting child custody hearings to defending clients accused of major violent felonies. Amie was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has been looking to continue to practice law and grow professionally. When not working she enjoys staying fit and well balanced and spending time with family and friends.
