Amy Stettler is Founder and Chief Navigator of 9 Degrees North (9ÂșN), an integrated marketing consultancy focused on building successful marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses and providing successful sales development strategies for media and publishing companies. Amy has over 25 years of marketing and advertising experience with a focus on technology marketing for brands like Apple, Microsoft, IBM, Intel and Activision. Amy is an energetic, intelligent, and tenacious leader in the marketing and advertising industry, focusing on mapping a path to achieving business goals or that hard-to-close sale through a hybrid marketing mix and content strategy grounded in insights and validated through a pro-forma ROI analysis. Amy is instrumental in the sales development of the media publishing sector to enhance their format with proven high standards of execution. She works with partner marketing and corporate communications for the planning and deployment of communication programming and strategic media. She works closely with the digital and business marketing aspects to create market leading insights on consumer insights. Amy has served as GM of Global Media and Agency Mgmt at Microsoft, SVP of Global Communications Planning for Chevrolet at Carat in Detroit, and VP of Media & Consumer Engagement of Activision Blizzard where she ran the global consumer channel planning and buying of all integrated communication for games such as Call of Duty, Guitar Hero, among others. From 2006 to 2010, Amy ran global media for Apple where she lead the initial launch of iPad, the Effie-award winning Mac vs PC campaign, the infamous Apple iPhone work, and countless iPod and iTunes initiatives both in the US and around the world. Amy and her team were awarded the Gold Effie in 2009 for their reinvention of digital advertising.
