In 2004, Amy Zuk founded Safety Buzz ETC as a young entrepreneur in a male dominated industry. With some business education through the University of Alberta and a bold personality to advance herself, she took her agricultural, oilfield and construction experience and began a company training safety courses. With the expertise of her team, they expanded to Lloydminster and Medicine Hat. Most recently, they have made the decision to join forces with F&S Safety creating F&S Safety Buzz, a super force in safety.
Looking for ways to grow and further develop herself, Amy became a John Maxwell certified speaker, trainer and coach.
Amy has added value through presentations and built programs for large organizations such as Methanex, Richardson Pioneer, CNRL, Centrica, Canadian Society of Safety Engineers, and Medicine Hat Catholic School Board of Education. She has been awarded CEO of the Year through Action Coach and she was invited to be a presenter through the Speakers Bureau of Canada. Safety Buzz was recognized with the Marketing and Small Business of the Year awards through the Medicine Hat Chamber of Commerce and they are a finalist for the Alberta Award of Distinction for Marketing.
