Ana Margarita has had her own HR company for 14 years. She has an innovative approach to HR consulting, she has 8 people in her company permanently and up to 15 if needed. Her approach is that when a company has a linear approach the company's organizational resilience is strengthened.
She is a huge international speaker----partaking in conferences in Chile, Argentina and at UP about gender equality, women's inclusion and influence on organizational dynamic. She has published many articles etc which are posted on her linked in page.
