Ana Ribeiro is a Cake Designer and CEO of Bakewell since 2015. Her company caters to major events, companies, universities and weddings. She says that baking was a therapy for her and she didn't like how sweet and unnatural cakes were in events so she decided to create this business which caters to natural and organic ingredients only.
Her expertise are in natural and organic ingredients. Ana has a degree in Organizational Psychology in 2008 from Portugal University. She has spoken at workshops as a guest speaker and did a show in a food festival in 2017. She has been in local wedding magazines, wedding blogs, "Portuguese Wedding Magazine" and Style ME Pretty (Blogs).
Ana won the award for "Best Cake design in Portugal" in 2017 and 2018. In the next few years she hopes to have more bakeshops, grow her business and find more people that want to do some courses. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
