Personal Information
For the past two decades Andie Champagne Goode has been General Counsel, 2d Marine Logistics Group for the United States Marine Corps. She is now transitioning into the role of Military Judge, where she will still serve the Corps but with adjusted duties. Having started as a prosecutor, she worked her way up and became an attorney and judge advocate as well as General Corps Martial Judge.
With a lifelong passion for justice and service, Andie knew she always wanted to enlist in the Marines. She holds a Master of Law from the University of Virginia and received a Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law. A recognized expert in her field, Andie teaches military justice and ethics to marines and other service members, and has also been published in Military Law Review (2014).
Andie credits her success to having wonderful mentors. Outside of her duties she volunteers for the Women Marines Association. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals.
