I am a mother of two, a boy of 26 who is currently traveling the world like his parents once did and a daughter of 23 who studies Musical Theater. She is a role model for the next generation of women. You can read about her in a blog I once wrote http://tiaracoaching.com/tiarablog/emerging-leadership/ I am married and we have two Labradors my husband mainly takes care of!
Originally educated as a tropical agricultural engineer, I have fully experienced many different cultures. This background has made me a pragmatic optimist with big dreams. My vision is that people discover their true selves and dare to follow their inner calling. I know this makes them happier and more successful in their own lives while being an inspiration to their community. I help people and organizations become clear about what is essential to them. I challenge them to do what it takes (inside and out) to produce the kind of results that make them want to jump out of bed in the morning. I get to the heart of the matter. I build long-term partnership with my clients, who I travel with throughout the entire transformation process. The cornerstones of my coaching and consulting are tangible results, growing consciousness and personal responsibility. I create the environment of trust that makes this all possible. I have a passion for developing women's leadership specifically. I have traveled the world, and I have seen what women can do. Women are naturally gifted in the skills needed to tackle the challenges of these times and to build a bridge into our future. They have to become aware of that it's time to overcome their fear of failure and take a stand for themselves. I am proud to serve on the Global Leadership Team for Tiara International, a company that holds a vision of a world where all women dare to lead lives from their source of inspiration. Over the years I have been highly involved in some successful long term cultural change projects with the Amsterdam Police Department and some Higher Education Institutes, that have been called groundbreaking. And finally, as a mother of a new generation at the brink of taking a leap into society I am co-founder of "YodTum school for natural leadership with a branch especially for young professionals". YodTum standing for "your own door to unique manifestation", an inquiry about our deepest purpose in life and how we keep ourselves prisoner preventing us from acting accordingly. In making this available to people early on in their life, we enable them to make better choices in line with their innate strenghts.
