Angela Naranjo owns and operates Piu Bello Gelato, a restaurant and gelato shop in Carolina, Puerto Rico, along with her husband. She also owns a factory that produces the gelato and distributes it throughout the Island. Prior to opening the business, formerly named "Generaciones Internacionales, Inc/O&N Corp.," Angela Naranjo worked for 12 years as a Civil Engineer. She is a former member of the Miami Dade Community College Women's Volleyball team that won the NCAA National Championship in 1992. Moving forward, Angela plans to open more restaurants, franchise her business and expand to more markets. She is most proud of having kept the business going after hurricane Maria devastated the island of Puerto Rico. Angela holds her Master's degree in Engineering Management from the Polytechnical University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University. When not engaged with work, Angela enjoys travel and exercise.
