Angelica Chavez is an IT Business Analyst. She attained her Masters Degree in Web Technology from The University de La Salle Bajío, and completed a Bachelors Degree in Engineering specializing in Computer Technology and Computer Systems Technology.
Angelica also previously worked as a tester for Software Company identifying and reporting bugs. She currently works as an IT Business Analyst for AXA Creditor LPI in León, Mexico. Angelica manages multiple IT requests for Latin American countries (Mexico, Colombia and Peru) including operations system failures, changes on products and new configurations to improve Ops processes.
Angelica has worked for over 5 years in the IT industry. Her biggest success has been transferring local systems in a 3 month period improving the bottom line for the company. She hopes to move forward in her career getting involved in Quality and Assurance Engineering for a Major IT company.
