Personal Information
I am a master in applied linguistics and have 24 year-experience as a foreign language teacher. Along side my teaching activities I carried out a carrier in a human resources department of a government savings bank, and in the last five years, in the Ministry that concentrates the Human Rights departments. First, at the Secretariat of Policies for Women, then at the International Advisory and in the last 5 months, at the Secretariat of Policies for the Promotion of Racial Equality.
Angelica Costa is a Technical Analist for Ministry of Woman, Family and Human Rights. She has been in her current role for five years. Her job is to gather information about the situation of Human Rights in her country and inform international organizations, other countries and even national institutions. She says she went into this role because she has always had a passion for helping others.
Angelica’s expertise are in networking. She has a Master’s Degree from 2007. In the next few years she hopes expand her role and to continue helping others.
Angelica attributes her success to her family upbringing. Her biggest achievement has come from the amount of people she has helped and the feedback she has received. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
