Anabelle Hernandez is the Deputy Executive Officer Project Management for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro). She has been working in pharmaceuticals since 1997, and started working for the government after 9/11 happened.
She specializes in budget development, project development, holding meetings with stakeholders, and building relationships. She wanted to do something for the nation and for society.
She holds a BA in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, 1996, and is a part of the ABTA Association. She won the PSA Award in 2018, and wants to lead organizations as a CEO, and join a profit organization. She credits her success to self-motivation, dedication, and passionate. She is working on establishing a larger scale program to provide security abilities in transportation.
She enjoys reading and travel in her spare time, and is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
