The Danish Government has established a Committee whose aim is to develop a proposal for a Danish Act on Public Procurement; The Committee will look at how to provide procuring entities and suppliers with the best opportunities to exploit new opportunities in the Directive; The Committee must submit a report to the Minister of Business and Growth in mid-2014 in order to introduce a bill in the parliamentary session 2014/2015.
