Annette Harrod is a full time supervising Paralegal with over 25 years of experience in the field. She is known as the person who can "work the difficult cases" and "close any title issue." She is also an independent leasing agent and just under one year ago, she formerly started her own home inspection business, RHA Inspection Services LLC. In her business, she works with realtors performing residential home inspections.
Annette graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice but could not join the police because of a serious knee injury she sustained. The degree did open the door for her to enter into the legal field as a paralegal and she stayed because she liked it, eventually advancing to Supervision Paralegal. Moving forward, Annette plans to be the leading woman and to lead other women in the home inspection industry, which is now overwhelmingly male.
In her spare time she volunteers in her local community soup kitchen. Also, every year they do a Christmas fundraiser for needy families in her area.
