Anne Sophie is Head of Services for FTI Group. She has over 20 years experience in her field. She specializes in customer experience, bookkeeping, and international sales in the tourism industry.
She went to school for Law but always wanted to be in the tourism industry to work directly with people, so she combined the two. She holds a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Paris, 1998, and is a member of the French Tour Association and ATHT.
She regularly attends meetings and conferences, and received the Tourism Service Award for Customer service for the last 5 years. She wants to move on the the hotel industry in the near future, and credits her success to passion, connections and service. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
