After finishing Work and Organisation Studies at a tertiary institution, I joined a large computer firm, then known as Infoplan. The company had huge mainframe and systems development contracts with the South African Armed Forces. Here I was exposed and receive valuable training as a business analyst, systems analyst and project manager. It is during these years that I realised that I still want to pursue my dream of becoming a business owner, and my time at Infoplan, was a detour my life had to take, to prepare me for what was to come. So in April 1991 Visual Promotions was established as a graphic design studio and within 5 years of its existence I entered the Casino & Gaming Market. Visual Promotions pioneered the use of digital print technology onto slot glass. The biggest players at the time were still screen printing and today (20 years later) I'm proud to say, that we are still providing a top quality product, excellent service and the best service you'll come across in the casino & gaming market.

Antionette Cronje is CEO and Director at Frontier Graphics Visual Productions and founder of Red Room Records. Antionette has over 20 years of experience in her career. As Director, Antionette has conceptualized and designed over 100 casino games for various gaming machine manufacturers. She has a sound background of game compliance, part-numbering systems and technical information such as game database creation and reading of par sheets. She holds a diploma in method & work study behavioral science from Pretoria Technikon. Antionette's professional philosophy is "Although you are a business owner, you are not your own boss. The client comes first." With this in mind she consistently provides quality service for her clients. Antionette is fluent in Africaans, English, and basic German. She enjoys music, playing the piano and golf. Her career goals include international expansion for Frontier Graphics.
