After obtaining a Fulbright Scholarship, Angelica obtained her MPA at SIPA, graduating in 1995. She has over 20 years experience working in the private, public and non profit sectors. She was Regional Director For Starwood Latin America for 4 years and Head of Public Affairs for HSBC Argentina for 8 years. She is also the co-founder of a think tank in Argentina and has served in the Board of a Microfinance NGO for many years. For more than a year she has been Executive Director at Worldfund, a NY based NGO which focuses on teacher training in Latin America, mainly Mexico and Brazil. She is interested in expanding her professional networking in NY, the US and Latin America, particularly amongst those interested in education and public policy.
