Alena Pomahacová is Managing Director of Assessment Systems Czech Republic, where she has worked her way up the ranks for over 17 years. Having recently been promoted from Sales Director, she knew her heart was truly in helping people, and so made the chance to human resources and management.
With a bachelor's in Business Studies from the University of Sligo in 1998, Alena also earned a Master's in Business Administration from Czech Technical University in 2000. She is a member of the EMTC, British Chamber of Commerce and the American Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, she gives lectures on stress and agile teams, and she credits her success to having a hands-on leadership style and being a strong team builder. In the next 3-5 years, she's like to become responsible for the whole Central & Eastern Europe region, and to eventually establish her own consultancy.
