For over 18 years, Areli Gallardo has served as an Air Traffic Controller at Mexico City Terminal where she brings dynamic leadership skill and unprecedented expertise to her role. At the terminal, Ms. Gallardo organizes the program, talks to the pilots and ensures that all aircrafts travel by secure lines and land securely.
A passionate mentor, Ms. Gallardo gives courses and trains others on her vocation, and is especially focused on bringing other women into her male-dominated field. Ms. Gallardo holds her Master's degree from Technical College and is a member of COCTAN, an air traffic controller association.
Moving forward, Ms. Gallardo wants to continue looking for growth opportunities in other countries and to inspire women to reach their highest level of growth. In her spare time, she is an avid reader.
