Andra Sanderson is a Personal Trainer at HD Fitness. With over 10 years in her profession, she sees clients, and has a holistic approach in her training. She teaches yoga and core training. She has also taught cross fit and is very athletic by nature.
She wants to open her own gym, and loves making a difference in people’s health and lifestyle choices overall. She credits her success to passion and hard work. She enjoys hiking and kayaking in her spare time.
