Dr. Ashley Twynam is the owner and operator of Earthly Living, a New Jersey based physical therapy practice specializing in alternative health treatments. A New Jersey native who graduated with a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, she is a licensed physical therapist who also works for the prestigious Atlantic Health Systems. Since graduating college, Dr. Twynam has gone on to enjoy rapid success in her field. She is a specialist in the AtlasPROfilax method, a neuromuscular massage that realigns the C1 vertebrae and brings about many positive changes throughout the body. She remains the youngest ever person to be trained in this method and is the only licensed AtlasPROfilax practitioner on the east coast. Moving forward, Dr. Twynam is creating a wellness center equipped with a full team that embraces all different types of healing modalities. Seeing the limitations that exist in traditional medicine, she aims to bridge the gap between Eastern and Western techniques to bring healing to the body, mind, and spirit. She credits her success thus far to becoming aware of who she is in the moment when interacting with patients, overcoming her own fears, and of course, always providing quality care. In her spare time, Dr. Twynam enjoys playing soccer and is an avid traveler.
