With over 28 years of experience in coaching and mentoring, Aretha Woods-Robinson is now the Regional Human Resources Director (RHRBP) at Brookdale Senior Living where she is in charge of 25 communities of healthcare locations in the west divisions in California and spearheads the human resources department as well as investigations and terminations. Aretha holds her Master's degree in Human Resources and Business and is a member of the Sherm Society. Also a powerful speaker, she frequently does conferences, presentations, and executes the training and development of the executive leadership team. Moving forward, Aretha hopes to obtain a higher position in her career by applying her core values of hard work and positivity in all that she does. When not engaged with work, Aretha enjoys travel, reading, research and playing tennis.
