Barbara Hankins is the Founder, Consultant, Coach and Author at Catalyst for Change. She has had her current business for 2 years, prior to that she was a Director of her own Consultancy for 23 years. She is a passionate, self-motivated, business-oriented consultant and coach prepared to challenge the status quo. She has excellent interpersonal skills with broad experience in finding creative solutions to people and organizational issues, from an HR foundation, with a strategic focus. Barbara’s mission is to have 'People & Profit on the same Page', her business philosophy was published in the International Journal of Professional Management in December 2015 http://ipmajournal.com/articles/Vol10_Iss6_Article1.php. Her professional research in Motivation, as a result of which she developed a new model of motivation 'Motivating Individuals to AchieveTM' in the form of a Strategic Diagnostic Tool, was published in The International Journal of Professional Management in September 2012 entitled ‘Intrinsic Motivation: The Key Driver to an Enterprising Culture’ published by International Journal of Professional Management – http://www.ipmajournal.com/articles/Vol 7_ Iss2_Article5.php. She feels very rewarded when she works to help and encourage people to be a better version of themselves. Her greatest accomplishment has been receiving her Master of Science Degree.
