Barbara Rosa has been in her professional field for over 13 years. Her average day consists of planning, creating guidelines for universities as well as policies for university students and all school administration procedures. Her focus is on the Brazilian population and she has a team of 7 people who report to her.
She was prompted to go into this because she always had an interest in education, her father worked in education, and she wanted to pursue a career in this area due to her background in education and coming from a family of educators. Barbara’s expertise are in planning, strategy, policies and procedures, administration, management and project management.
Barbara has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Universidade de Brasilia in 2012 and also a degree from Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho in 2003. She does some public speaking and lecturing. Barbare attributes her success to passion and hard work.
In the next three to five years Barbara sees herself acquiring her Doctoral Degree, working for a multinational company and continuing to grow. She is the most proud of courses she was able to help develop within the school systems. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
