Beatriz Cordoba is the Program Manager for Peace Corps. She has over 18 years of experience in her career field. Beatriz manages projects for the Netherlands and Europe. She says she is currently on a project for an international bank in Amsterdam, works on HR transition to IBM Cloud and all HR transformation, risk assessment, software applications and all projects that are IT based.
Beatriz is noted for her leadership skills, IT, project management, risk and litigation. She has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Macedonia in 1998. She belongs to the Professional Women’s Network in Amsterdam and does some public speaking on Women Innovation and Technology.
She says the key to her success has been her dedication to personal growth and staying open for new things. In the next few years she wants a more senior management role and hopes to continue to grow in her field. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
