Beatriz Baldan is the Managing Partner for 3Ci, Inc. in Miami, Florida, where they develop properties and rectify houses and make them environmentally efficient. Beatriz received her Masters degree at Columbia University in 1973 in Architecture. Beatriz received the Woman of the Year 2014 award from the National Association of Professional Women and the Woman of Outstanding Leadership 2014 from the International Women's Leadership Association. Beatriz is on the Board of Directors of Scenic Floriday and a Board Member of Foster Care Review, Miami Florida, she also volunteers her time to both causes. Beatriz enjoys playing tennis and pickleball in her spare time.
