She has been with her company for 12 years and manages and oversees 650 employees in Washington. She is currently doing a major 2 year project with 14 floors, overseeing the project and acquiring integration for an additional law firm, in which she is currently managing the transition. Beth has been instrumental in the development of long-range goals and strategies, as well as leading and directing all practices and business support functions including finance, human resources, marketing, practice support, professional liability, facilities management, records management, operations and technology. Beth attributes the key to her success to a true love for her position. She works hard to strive for perfection and gives her all. She has over 20 years of progressive management experience in law firms. She oversees multiple offices and directs a large administrative team in one of the top largest law firms in the world.
