Beatrice has been in the NGO sector for the past 18 years working with multiple partners. She has been working in different programs where she had different roles.1) As part of the Anti-Corruption Team, she was the senior Analyst reviewing the reform program to be implemented by the Host Governemnt and she performed for 4 years the follow to ensure that goals and objectives were attained. As Senior Audit Liaison she designed Scope of Work for Local and International Audits as well as participated in Financial Technical Assistance designs. She also has been the lead officer on many sentitive reviews and perfomed herslef or as part of a team financial reviews and or/audits.
Beatrice St. Victor speaks French, English, Spanish and Creole. Beatrice St. Victor travels to Latin American to help with training, and does it on a local and international basis. She is currently in Cambodia for the first time doing training.
Assisting Countries in Need
Management of Billion Dollar Program in Haiti; Budgeting for the Operation; Training Locally & Internationally. Beatrice has been for many years working in donor voordination working with the Host Government and other partners such as the WORLD BANK, IBD, the Canadian Cooperation and the French Assistance branch in Haiti. She has been working closely with donors and the Host Governement for more than ten years in ensuring that the objective were met.
